What would you do if you bought an old sink, small pot rack, chipped paint shutters and an aqua silverware holder from an old dishwasher??? Unlike me, you would probably not buy them, but these little goodies (and I might add,CHEAP little goodies) caught my eye and begged to come home with me. With a little thought and creativity, they have found a spot in my world and have added a bit of fun and charm in my home and yard. So here you go with a few "BEFORE and AFTER" shots of my finds. Enjoy!

OK - I might not buy the dishwasher basket, but I LOVE everything else. Especially the shutters in your bathroom. I wish I had that sink in MY bathroom! But, it is pretty with flowers in it. You are so smart. Show everyone what you did the half-table. That's my favorite!
How wonderful... You have such great ideas.
Mom, you're so smart and creative. Hmm I wish I had an inkling of it! Maybe there's hope...maybe there's a tiny creative seed in me that will someday bloom. (We've been discussing 'plants' in science this week so that's all that is consuming my mind hah!) Love you!
I had to laugh at the dishwasher basket. We just got a new dishwasher and it was missing one of the baskets our old one had. My husband quickly grabbed the old basket from the old dishwasher before the instalation guy took it away. You have a great idea in putting it in the bathroom as a makeup holder!
Love the shudders and sink!!
PS I think my blog clock is wrong. I was definitely not up at 5am. And neither was the sun. :)
Hi! Thanks for the visit! I love your post...it's my favorite to date. Thanks for sharing your fun finds and their new uses.
Thanks to you, I will not forget the little job waiting for me at your house. This week and probably next, I'll be painting in Midland. Keep reminding me! I'm looking forward to the fun we'll have.
I knew you could take a picture of the shutters and not have your own reflection in the mirror! I love your other ideas too.
I thought of you today. We have 3 baby bunnies in our flowerbed. They just opened their eyes and I was wondering when they are going to venture out on their own bunnytrails!
